Internal Use Terms (EULA)
Terms for authorized use of Al-Khwarizmi's private, read-only integration with QuickBooks Online.
Terms for authorized use of Al-Khwarizmi's private, read-only integration with QuickBooks Online.
Internal-use license: This integration is licensed only to authorized personnel of Al-Khwarizmi Company. It is not a public or customer-facing service.
These Internal Use Terms and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") govern use of Al-Khwarizmi API, operated by Al-Khwarizmi Company for Trading Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Laboratory Supplies / Limited ("Al-Khwarizmi"). By using the integration, an authorized user agrees to follow these Terms and applicable company policies.
Al-Khwarizmi grants authorized personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the integration solely for approved internal accounting, reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and export activities. No ownership interest is transferred.
The current integration reads authorized QuickBooks Online data and produces information or exports requested by an authorized user. It does not create, edit, or delete accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
Authorized users must:
Users may not share access with unauthorized persons, bypass security controls, attempt to modify or disrupt the integration, use data for personal or unlawful purposes, or disclose QuickBooks information outside Al-Khwarizmi except as authorized by the company or required by applicable law.
Use of the integration is also governed by the QuickBooks Privacy Policy. QuickBooks data is confidential company information and must be handled accordingly.
The integration is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, security needs, Intuit service availability, or changes to company requirements. Users should verify important accounting conclusions against the source records in QuickBooks Online.
Al-Khwarizmi may revoke access at any time. Authorization ends when employment or approved access ends, when the integration is disconnected, or when the associated Intuit authorization is revoked. On disconnect, the integration revokes the Intuit token and removes its locally stored connection token.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Al-Khwarizmi API is an independent internal integration and is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to the user's and company's applicable agreements with Intuit.
These Terms operate together with Al-Khwarizmi's internal policies and applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
Questions about these Terms or access to the integration may be sent to contact@al-khwarizmi.co.
